Hello Netravati, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is most probably with the splash guard, part number PS357521. We would recommend checking it to fix the issue. It forms a watertight seal between the sink flange and the garbage disposal mounting ring to prevent water and food debris from splashing out of the disposal during use. Glad to be of help!
