take of the tray & take parts out & installed the new ones

took off the broken part and replaced with your new,it look like i never broke the handle at all.

Removed the nuts on top - to loosen the door. Lifted the door off the hinge. Took out old part, put in new one, reinserted door, replaced nuts.

I originally ordered the wrong part (for the freezer side). Received the part on Saturday--I had ordered on Thursday afternoon. Discovered my error and got on line to see how to return and ordered the correct part. This part came on Tuesday morning. I put the part on the door and was finished in no time! It was so easy the light socket came right out took out old undid clips (light was melted to socket)put new socket piece in reattached clips...light works...as far as the door not closing...unscrewed on screw took off plastic clip put it in and put the hinge bearing on top...put refrigerator door back on...first top then squeeze bottom on...I bet I saved over $150.00 dollars if I called a repair man for a 15 minute job...your website made the job alot easier discribing what the problem was and parts need...easy to follow....thank you

All instructions included on this site are good. I would add only one thing to them. When removing the 4 water lines from the old unit be sure to pull up on the white rings while you pull down on the water lines. All else is a snap.

I removed the top hinge cover, loosened the hinge so I could remove the door and laid the door on it's side. I removed what was left of the Door Closing Bearing and istalled the new parts. Set the bottom of the door on the lower hinge then postioned and set the top hinge into place and tightened the top hinge and installed the hinge cap.

removed cover from top hinge,then hinge r&r bottom cam plate reinstalled door. now no noise opening door,ice naker is very simple turned water off to frig loosened two screws and unpluged wiring.harness is a little long. took a while to make ice next morning it was working fine

i was trying to figure it out but eventually it fix it self even when i get the part the problem seems to be fix on its own i unpplug the eletrical cord from the wall for over three hours and plugged back in and after 2 more hours it works so i am confussed dont know what happen i did not change any part so i have one brand new inlet water

This was a simple repair, just pop the bins in the molded spots. I would like to comment that the bins are flimsy and this is the second time I have had to replace them in less than 4 years. They break very easily so do not overload them.

It was simple... After paying $280 for a repair man to come out and install some unnecessary part to the fridge when I told him "everything on the Internet points to a thermostat repair." He disagreed, fixed the fridge and said the freezer would work more efficiently now. It didn't, so I bought a new fridge/freezer, put the old one in the basement. I ordered the thermostat (under $20), put it in, and now (knock on wood), works great and I have a beer fridge for the man cave

Very very easy just slip replacement bins back into place. We did receive our order the very next day after ordering, so the parts ordered came very quickly... so thanks for that. Just hope these last longer than the originals did.

Easily installed the new ice-maker. Rec'd the part in three days.

Ordered the replacement bin> It arrived the next day. Tool 3 seconds to pt it in place and all is back to normal. Good service.

The young lady that helped me was fantastic... great product knowledge and affermed the correct and we got it ordered... Fast shippers and the install was easy although there were no instructions to be had... checking the gasket and removing the old one,,, it pressed in place in moments... They are booked marked and will use them the next time...
