Hello Gene, thank you for reaching out to PartSelect. After replacing the air filter, reset the air filter timer by pressing the AIR FILTER key for 3 seconds. The “REPLACE AIR FILTER” LED will be illuminated green for 3 seconds, confirming a timer reset. My Fridge runs constantly and become too cold, I've replaced the thermistor and the defrost thermostat, but nothing works, He continues to run and never stop. Can you help me with that ?
For model number FPRU19F8RFF
PartSelect logo
Hi Dave, thank you for reaching out. As you have already replaced the thermistor and defrost thermostat, you may need to check the door gasket and air filter. If these are fine, then we would recommend checking the compressor start relay, part number PS11757755, to fix the issue. It attaches to the compressor and helps start the compressor motor. We hope this will resolve your problem!
