Philips head screwdriver to remove 2 screws holding plastic grill above microwave door in place. Old Filter lifts out slide new filter in. It rests on an angle. Re insert Grill (careful that plastic tabs slide into proper slots). Tighten SCrews read more

The "seal" is a clear plastic sheet that forms the inner most layer of the "window" in the microwave door. If it becomes damaged or doesn't adhere properly, steam and other cooking by-products get inside the door itself. That's what happened in my case. Unscrew the glass lamp cover and replace the bulb. Very simple. The hardest part was to find the bulb. I looked at my local hardware stores but of course they did not have them. This site was great and easy to order. I looked at 3 other sites before finding this one to be the most simplistic to use. read more
