Will not allow user to select a cycle
For model number FGID2466QD2A
Hi Tom, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest making sure the child lock mode is not enabled. It locks the controls of the dishwasher. To unlock the controls, press the delay time button for 3 seconds. If this does not solve the problem, the issue might be with the door latch, part number PS16218716. The door latch mechanism prohibits the dishwasher from operating when the door is open. We hope this information helps!

I removed old tub gasket, which the door presses against to make a seal, and put the new one in. Flat tip screwdriver was used to gently press gasket in.
