Hello Terry, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the heating element, the lower spray arm, the center spray arm, the motor and pump assembly, and the dishwasher filter. You can check the spray arms for any damages or clogs, make sure your filter is clean, and test the element the motor and pump assembly with a multimeter to see if they have continuity. Originally my washer would not fill with water, after replacing the water inlet valve it now fills, but when the pump is supposed to start and send water to the sprayer arms, i just hear a low rumbling noise coming from under the washer and nothing else happens. I am between buying a new controller board or a motor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello Jarrod, all the spray arms there is mostly likely an issue with the pump motor part PS12712308. Also check that the filter is not clogged or the spray arms are blocked. The center spray arm is PS11770527. The lower spray arm PS12585623. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

Hello Lori, Thank you for writing. It likely is that the water is not hot enough. The normal water temperature for dishwasher tablets to dissolve is 120-160ºF. This is the way you can tell if the water isn't getting hot enough to dissolve the tablet.
