Replacing the Upper Spray Arm, part # PS2581378
The detection of the part and the replacement of the upper spray arm was quite easy, because of its unique shape and function, and also because it was easy to screw in place. I saved the web order page in case this part tends to deteriorate frequently, even though it is the first time it showed this problem since we purchased this appliance.

Oven bake element broken
I removed two phillips head screws from a small metal plate at the back of the oven. I then unhooked 2 wires making sure they stayed on the proper reconect side of the new element. I put the new element in place reconnected the two wires to the same side as the bad element. Replaced both screws making sure that they were both snug. Of course I made sure the proper breaker in my house electricial anel was off before I did any repairs. Very easy and quick.

Was not able to take out the screws
I hired a handyman who had to take out the back cover of the stove and spray the screws with a rust remover both inside and out. It was a tough job, but with an electric screw driver (not sure if that's what it's called), the two screws came loose after over two hours of work. Make sure you clean the oven screws!
