Took off the oven door then took out the racks and two screws in the oven bottom and removed it . Then removed the heat deflector. Then un plugged the old igniter and removed the burner to make it easier to remove the old igniter. Then installed the new igniter and reversed the process

F3 Error code. Most documentation suggested checking oven sensors. They were good (Checked 1050 & 1080 Ohms). Next most common problem was bad connection somewhere. This was not problem. Documentation then suggested it would be main system board. This did not fix problem. If I shut power off disconnected key pad error F3 did not come back
... Read more (although the PF power failure stayed on as no key pad). If I shut power off and plugged in key pad PF (power failure) came on and in a short time F3 appeared. I changed key pad and problem is gone.
