Adjustable Levelling Leg

If your washer shakes or vibrates loudly when it reaches its max speed, make sure the 4 levelling legs are even. Adjust the legs so that the machine is level, and tighten the locking nuts on the legs that are threaded. Your washer should be kept as close to the floor as possible. Your model might have rear legs that level themselves, or it might have threaded legs all around. Make sure the rubber feet have not worn out. Replace any missing or damaged legs and feet. This genuine OEM replacement part is sold individually, so be sure to order the amount you need.

Inlet Hose Washer

This high-pressure inlet hose washer, or gasket, is used with many washing machines, refrigerators, and dishwashers to create a watertight or airtight seal in the appliance. It is black in color, made of rubber, and about 1 inch in diameter. Rubber gaskets can get dry and brittle over time, causing them to lose their integrity and malfunction or crack, which will compromise the seal. It is recommended to check other seals before ordering this part in case they also need to be replaced. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the genuine manufacturer.

Rubber Foot Pad

This foot pad is just over an inch in diameter. It is all black in color and is made entirely of rubber. This pad is used for the levelling legs of many washing machines.

Nut

This part is sold individually. This nut can be found in various appliances including a dishwasher, air conditioner, washer, dryer, range/cooktop, oven, freezer, range hood, and refrigerator. There is a serrated pattern along the edge of the nut, which helps to avoid loosening while the appliance is in motion. Nuts may corrode or rust over time and will need to be replaced. You will need a wrench to screw the nut into place. This genuine OEM part comes directly from the manufacturer.

The Speed Queen people were nice enough to provide a swing out door on the back of the machine to access the mixing valve. I had to pry it open because they did not supply enough slack in the hose that attaches to the mixing valve. Disassembled washer as per directions with seal kit. Removed inner tub. Cut both tub shaft bearing in half; punched out from outter tub. Installed new bearings using .5 inch threaded rod, washer and bolts. Installed new seal on inner tub shaft. Installed inner tube. Re-assembled washer. read more

Purchased x4 new adjustable legs. Leaned the washer back and held in place with block of wood. Loosened the two older front legs with an adjustable wrench because they had a locking nut and replaced with new legs. Repeated process on back side of washer. Once all the new legs were installed leveled the machine adjusting the legs if necessary. read more
