Hose Clamp

This hose clamp is used in a wide variety of household appliances. Most often it is found in washers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, garbage disposals, or air conditioners. This clamp is used to securely attach a hose to another part of your appliance, which helps prevent leaks from those connections. Depending on the appliance, it can attach hoses to drain pumps, water inlet valves, pressure switches, and injector nozzles. We recommend you refer to model-specific diagrams for appropriate uses and exact placement. This hose clamp is made of metal, and is sold individually. To access and replace this part you will need a nut driver, pliers, and screwdrivers. Before you begin any repair work, make sure you have unplugged your appliance, and shut off the water supply if applicable.

Hinge Pin Bushing

This bushing is used with a 1/4-inch pin. This part is found in refrigerators (and sometimes freezers). The bushing provides a bearing surface for the hinge pin that rotates. Every time you are opening and closing your fridge, this part is acting as a bearing and makes it so that the door is swinging back and forth with ease. This bushing tends to wear down over time and will need to be replaced. You will notice that this part needs to be replaced if your door is off-kilter and not aligned properly. This part is sold separately. This is a genuine part sourced from the manufacturer directly.

Door Hinge Washer

This is a door hinge washer and is used in conjunction with your refrigerator. This part is just under an inch in diameter, it is all white in color, and it is made entirely of plastic. Making this installation should only require a 3/8 nut driver. The reason for needing to replace this part is if it is broken/cracked, missing, if you hear odd sounds when you open/close your refrigerator door, or your door is out of alignment. The hinge washer is located within the hinge assembly in the corner of your door. You will need to remove the door to make this repair.
