The racks are SO difficult to slide open. They are almost (frozen) lack of a better word. How do I fix these. It happened on both racks.
For model number EW30EF65GSB
Hi Linda, thank you for reaching out. Put a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel. Rub the vegetable oil onto the left and right edges of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated. Using other cooking oils (olive oil, coconut oil, peanut oil, etc) will cause discoloration or a rust like color residue on the racks and oven cavity sides. To clean this residue, use soap and water or a vinegar and water solution. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. We hope this information helps!

Twisted wire together & soldered connection, used shrink wrap to insulate wire. Took part inside and reinstalled in reverse order. Used 1/4 inch nutdriver on total job start to finish.
First we removed two screws under the rim of the range top to open the lid. Lifted the lid and removed the screws from the bracket that holds the elements, Be careful with the clips that hold the element in, if you break them or bend them there aren't any more! Also note which holes they were in, they are marked according to the differ
