washing machine not draining
First I removed the excess water by using my shop-vac both inside the machine as well as near the bottom drain valve. After cleaning out that valve (which somehow had accumulated a pair of underwear) it was apparent that the drainage pump motor was no working (loud hum, not spinning). Replacement was easy, folowing instructions found everywhere on-line. Now the machine is working perfectly again.

We googled, "thumping noise" when running the dishwasher and one of the possible reasons was the Lower Spray Arm. So, we purchased a new one and replaced it. Problem solved.

The latch to hold the soap in broke
Replaced the part by taking off the srews on the inside of the dishwasher door (all of them)to get to the backside of the soap dispenser. Remove an electrical connector by pulling (had to pull off using pliers as it was really on there). Then a couple of screws hold to to the inside of the door. Pretty straight forward.

Rinse Dispenser Cap melted on heating coil
Opened dishwasher after it completed a wash cycle. Found the rinse dispenser cap had come off during the wash and melted on the heating coil at the bottom of the machine. Pulled cap off of coil, made sure coil was not disturbed. Looked in various sites for cap. Finally found this site where I didn't need to order the whole mechanism and could order just the cap. Received the cap, screwed into the dispenser, fixed. The only problem I had was that there were two possible caps so I picked the one that was the same color as the original one. Project completed. Thanks

all my old wheels fell off
I have NO skills, none...so if I can do this anyone can. I can't even do a puzzle, so this is the background with which I began. The wheels had been updated with a bit of a different mechanism that holds them (the axle I guess) onto the lower rack. All the things snapped into place. I was stunned I could do it---was going to wait for my husband but decided to take a stab at it....and it was easy and I did it. Now the dishwasher works well becauise i can roll the tray in and out!

The stud/axle locks had worn and would allow the wheels to come off.
Removed the old axle locks and replaced with the new ones. They work fine. They had impoved the wheel lock over the original ones. Thanks for the good & quick service.

I opened the box, cut open the plastic air bag, and put the part where it belonged in about 5 seconds. Saved me gas, phone calls, service call, time, anyone can do this stuff! I am a female with memory problems, but I did it all with no help! Thanks for the on-line service! Sandra

Water leaking from beneath dishwater
It took no time at all to identify where the water was leaking from. I accessed a parts breakdown illustration of my dishwasher, identified the part, ordered it and three days later my leak was fixed. Hose and water inlet valve assembly was easy to swap out. I estimate I saved myself about $150.00 by doing it myself.

I ordered it online and g0t it the next day. I found out why so fast. The parts select store was 3 miles from my house and I paid $7. 50 To have it delivered by fedex. I opened the box and set it in the dishwasher. I hope this helps someone. It did me.
