Upper rack came off roller
Super easy! Took old end caps off and slid rack out. could have re-used end caps, but got new ones just in case the old ones broke. Hardest part was removing old roller axles from rack. Flipped rack upside down on table and made it easy to put new axles and rollers on, slid rack back in and installed new end caps. Probably took 10 minutes to do repair.

Water wouldn't fully drain from dishwasher
I reinstalled a new piston/nut assembly which was easy as per this forum. The two compared side to side clearly showed my old one as worn out and deteriorated. This however wasn't the only problem. Once new piston/nut assembly was installed the water still did not drain. I pulled the dishwasher out from the cabinet, disconnected the hose connected from the pump to the outer box the piston/nut assembly connected to and flushed that out. I discovered two pieces of broken glass in the box that may have been blocking the rubber flapper connecting the box to the drain hose. Glass was removed and once all was reconnected the unit drained perfectly. Check for potential debris in outer piston/nut assembly piece if simple change out of of piston/nut assembly doesn't solve the issue.

dishwasher would not fill with water and cycle
first off if you can understand the problem DO NOT CALL THE GE REPAIR SERVICE AND HAVE A REPAIRMAN COME TO YOUR HOME you will save over $300.00. a mistake i made, it cost me $79.95 just for him to tell me the dishwasher was broken and then i was told it would cost me over $300.00 to fix it. WHEN I TALKED TO PARTSELECT I FOUND THE WATERVALVE FOR A LITTLE OVER $55.00 WITH SHIPPING IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO DISCONNECT THE DISHWASHER AND REMOVE THE OLD PART AND ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME TO REPLACE THE NEW ONE THEY EVEN HAD GOOD INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU NEEDED THEM. I FOUND PARTSELECT SERVICE TO BE A VERY GOOD BUSINESS TO WORK WITH. ROY F BURTNETT

existing gasket dry rotted
This repoair was needed due to diswasher leaking out of side door. I just moved in about 6 months ago and needed to use dishwasher. When it leaked i noticed it was in need of a gasket. I searched the internet and came accross "part select". Part showed up in less than 3 days and was a breeze to install. The original gasket came out just by pulling, cleaned up channel and installed new gasket.slid in real easy. I did take off inner door panel to inspect for any damage. none noted. Perfect fit first time. Dont get confused folks if the part has another name as some parts are interchangeable in the industry.
