watched the repair video on parts selct site which confirmed my thoughts about the repair procedures. Followed the simple instructions and used a little dab of vasaline so the plastic on plastic clip slipped into place easier. Simple repair. Parts were shipped fast and cost was good. New guide was in place and working less than 1 week after I ordered the part. Great and fast shipping. Would use this site again without hesitation.

Track on crisper pan had broken
Ordered new crisper pan.

Just dropping you a note to say, Great Service!

I spent less that 10 minutes online (including a Google search for parts) ordering my replacement crisper drawer for my Whirlpool refrigerator .

I placed my order and shortly after noon (EDT) on Monday 8/1 had a confirmation of the order and then a notice by 4 pm that day that my part had shipped. The package arrived at noon today (Wed.8/3) by FED EX. Exactly what I needed.

Your site is easy to use and the pictures are very helpful...you even had a video of how to replace a “crisper drawer”! (I did not need it but thought how helpful that probably would be to some folks!) I will definitely keep you bookmarked in my computer and recommend you to others.

I wish all online companies functioned as well as you!

Terry W.

PS

Just for fun I spent a few minutes looking at the Whirlpool website trying to locate the same part and after 20 minutes of going in many different directions, gave up!

The tip of the bottom tab was too long to fit through the slot for it.
I used a sandpaper drum on my Dremel tool and ground about a millimeter off of the bottom tab tip. That allowed me to then push it through the slot and rotate it up and closed the top clips to complete the job.
