VERY LITTLE WATER DISPENCING. REPLACED FILTER, NO HELP. REMOVED FILTER ,STARTED LEAKING A LOT. LOOKS LIKE BYPASS IS NOT WORKING. HOW DO I REPLACE FILTER AND GET NORMAL WATER FLOW. NEED HELP

Hello Stephen, Thank you for the question. If the Auto bypass isn't working and you have water leaking, you may have worn or damaged Water Filter Housing. This would need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

I cannot remove the water filter from the fridge. Pressing the button does not make a difference. Is it possible to remove the grill under the fridge? How do I get this out without breaking something?

Hi Peggy, thank you for contacting us. The Grille, part number PS11751969, can be removed easily using a putty knife. For ease of access, open both the doors of the refrigerator, and insert the knife in the grille from the top and push it outwards gently. We hope this helps!

do I need a water filter cap to remove my water filter, if not how do i get my water filter out to replace it ?
