Hello Tina, thank you for getting in touch. This error means that the unit has detected runaway temperature. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS820208. If it is faulty, then replace it to solve the problem. We have attached the relevant video link that will help you with the installation of the temperature sensor. Replaced clock control by removing surface burner control knobs and plastic nuts, and then the cover over the oven control.
