Took out the support and put back in the new one.

turned off water supply, removed cardboard back, removed supply line, unhooked all color coded connections,took out bad water valve and replaced with new one note: the new valve came with pex connections so i carefully cut off flared tubing ends with sharp razor knife making sure when i pushed tubing into new valve that i did so with some force until i HEARD and felt them snap in place very simple plus i received the new valve in 2 days very happy with PartsSelect.com you CAN do it

Turned off water supply disconnected hose from valve removed cardboard backing removed the screws holding valve ass'y disconnected the three wire connections disconnected five hoses then cut and installed in new valve per instructions provided reconnected three wires reinstalled valve ass'y turned water supply back on and checked for leaks by engageing filtered drinking water in the refrigerator door replaced backing to complete job.

My repair was a simple as logging on to the "PartSelect.com" website - very easy to find the specific part I needed. The website makes the part selection a breeze.

remove back cardboard panel, cut off water supply, remove screws holding valve to back of refrigerator, unscrew water lines & reattach to same fittings on new valve, screw new valve in place, replace cardboard cover.

The molded plastic bracket holder on one of my shelves was busted. It was obvious I just needed that particular part, and didn't need a full 'service technician' rigamarole. It's great to have been able to find the part online. If arrived fast and took less than 5 minutes to fix!

Installed new valve.There are several pieces of tubing coming off of the valve. Pay close attention to where they go. Color coordination is poor on the new valve.

I watched your video on how to do the procedure and followed it, step-by-step. It worked like a charm. When I took the crisper drawer and runner out of the refrigerator, I noticed that the lower drawer support had broken as well. So, I have ordered 4 to have a few on hand and will repeat the process when my new order arrives. I'm very pleased! Thank you very much.

The defrost thermostat kit is located in the freezer side of the refrigertor. I turned off the electrical breaker for the refrigerator. I began the project by removing all the frozen food on the lower half of the freezer. I removed the racks and 3 rails on both sides using a cordless drill with a 1/4" socket and located panel. The panel had 4 1/4" screws holding it to the back of the freezer. I removed all screws and the panel came out easy. I located the defrost thermostat and with some wire cutters, I cut the wires. I connected the the new defrost thermostat with wire connectors and reattached it to the copper tube I removed it from. I put the panel back on along with the side rails and racks.. This project was very easy.

take 1/4 hex screws out clean out dust ,remove old fan blade replace with new install bolts .

used nut driver to loosen 2 screws partially. slightly lifted up ice-maker and pulled out. unpluged the ice maker from socket and removed. i timed myself. 4 minutes to take out and replace new one. glad i did not call repairman. wife skeptical at first until we started hearing the ice fall.

I watched the do it yourself video which helped tremendously. My husband was busy so I was able to do it myself.

I changed the valve but still no ice, changed the filter also. think it was just froze. could have saved me 70 bucks

Purchased a replacement part only to find the new part had push on fitting and my part has screw on fittings. Went to Youtube where Partselect had a video on how to replace the part from screw fittings to push on fittings
