Melted Spray Tower Nozzle
The dishwasher Spray Tower Lower Extension Nozzle came loose and fell upon the heating coil. It partially melted and was stuck onto the coil. After reading removal suggestions on the internet, I expected a real chore and smelly fumes removing it. I turned the dishwasher on to dry for about a minute to heat it only slightly, opened the door, and barely touched the nozzle. Surprise - it slipped right off the coil! A quick wipe of the coil with a rag cleaned the small amount of oily residue that was left. Simple, quick, and no odor. I then screwed on the new nozzle and the dishwasher was back in business.

Upper Spray Arm Fell Off
After looking at your video and deciding we could do the job, we followed your instructions. We had difficulty removing the upper rack for the dishwasher has been in use for 17 years. Then we had trouble removing the nut that was still in the washer and finally used a wrench to loosen it. I ordered the parts needed and they came in 3 days. I had no trouble attaching the spray arm snap retainer to the spray arm and then screwing it back into the top of the dishwasher myself. My husband put the upper rack back in and the dishwasher is working perfectly. Thank you .
