poor water pressure - dishes come out dirty
I unscrewed two plastic covers to get to the chopper. I found out that the blade fell off and could not be put back in place. As a result the filter behind it was all clogged. I replaced the whole thing with the new one and put the plastic covers back in place. The dishwasher works like a charm. The hard part was that the screws have proprietary heads, so it is hard to screw/unscrew them with a regular screwdriver. Other than that the exercise is trivial.

Sealing gasket was at end-of-life.
1. Pulled out the old gasket (very easy. slid right out).

2. Carefully noted how it went in (so I could put the new one in correctly)

3. Measured the length of the new gasket. Unnecessarily worried that the new gasket appeared to be 2" shorter than the old one.

4. Cleaned the track and the general area around the dishwasher that rarely gets clean. Took 15 minutes.

5. Inserted the new seal, making certain it was fully inserted all along the track. It was a perfect fit.

6. Patted myself on the back and bragged to my wife that the job was done.

7. Life is good.

My dishwasher quietpartner ii was not cleaning my dishes. It seemed it was not heating correctly that the Hi temp wash or the heated dry.
I loooked up the main problems associated with that model which is provided on the website and ended up ordering a heating element and a thermostat. I replaced both parts it took me about 30 minutes. The dishwasher is working again and my wife is very happy. Thanks guys!!!

just wanted to replace the upper dish rack - the pieces have been rusting through
no instructions came unfortunately, but it wasn't too difficult reverse engineering. took the upper rack out, disassembled it and put the new rack together using the old screws (since there were no screws either with the replacement rack). There are some extra parts I don't know quite what to do with - some type of additional separators, but the rack works fine without them.

Bearings on motor froe
Removed the motor and installed the new one. Dishwasher works like new. The old motor was in vary good condition if the bearings and seal could be replaced. It is a shame there is not a place to send them for re-manufacture rather than salvage. The cost for new material and labor to produce a new one must be greater than re-manufacture.

Dishwasher makes loud noise when operating
The hardest thing in installing the pump was pulling the dishwasher from under the counter. Once that was done and the mess with drain hoses and supply hoses was cleaned up, all it took was undoing one bolt to turn and remove the motor by turning in counter clockwise. the seal comes with the new motor and don't forget to reconnect the wire harness to the new motor on re-assembly.

No water pressure
I cut the breaker and disconnected the in and out water lines, then removed the washer. Once on its side, I took it apart until I found what was broken. The chopper unit had broken and parts were sucked into the pump. After going online and finding/ordering all the parts, I cleaned everything and put it back together so as not to lose anything. When the parts came in,it was an easy job to replace the broken parts and have it back in use. The repair would have cost over $350 and my parts bill was less than $90. Thanks
