small leakage of water from bottom right door.
I replaced the door gasket. This was easily done. First I removed the old gasket by simply pulling it out, no tools needed. The gasket is simply resting in a slot. Then I installed the new gasket by pushing it into the same slot, after I had thoroughly cleaned it with vinegar. I did not need to trim the gasket at all; it fit perfectly.

A rat chewed three hoses, but luckily did not chew the water supply!
Start by removing the dishwasher from cabinet. Oh, don't forget to turn off water supply and also don't forget to install a plug on garbage disposer so when your other half uses the sink while you are outside you don't end up with a leak! Both supplied hoses installed easily, the third which I used semi flexible clear tubing with clamps deemed more difficult to bend, so I soaked the hose in very hot water to make it more pliable thus making the bends easily. I then had to wait until I was sure I captured the culprit before re-installing the unit.Your sales person was very informative and knowledgable and helped immensely!

Lights would flash but washer would not start
Many thanks for the repair instructions. My dishwasher has a black plastic cover over the control board but it was easily removed. I did take a photo of the board before I started to use as a reference in putting thing back correctly. Being 70 and never having done anything of this type I was nervous but the machine was broken anyway so what harm could I do. It WORKS...

heating eleament broke
My dish washer is a under the counter type.On mine there are two screws that screw into the bottom of the counter frame, these are located inside when you open up the door, they will be right on the inside and to the very front of the upper part of the door opening. Remove both screws. Now,be slow and start to pull the unit out from under the counter. Make sure you don't scrastch your floor, you may use a towel. If your dish washer's discharge hose is conected under the sink, go ahead and remove it. If your unit can be unpluged, unplug it. If not throw the breaker.Try to turn your unit on' if it does you still have power still on. Try again. With the unit pulled out so you can see the back, lay on your side and look for to long looking plastic nuts with a wire coming out of them. These nuts are holding your eleament in place.Unscrew both nuts and let them slide down the wires. Pull both of the wires off the eleament.now reach inside and remove the old eleament.Put new eleamen in place, reconect wires and tighten the nuts, caustion not to tighten nuts to tight.Ok hook the hose and eleectric back up,push the unit under the cabanet, and install the two screws.Really hopes this helps.

Original intake valve broke (cracked plastic seem) due to ice built up due to leaked cold air into the house.
Follow instructional video from Part Select. Dishwasher is working nicely now. Many thanks. I must add that repair company wanted $480 for parts and labor to replace this and that, including motor. I declined and spent $46 for valve and S&H from Part Select and fixed it myself.

Frozen water inlet valve that burst
Removed the old valve after disconnecting the drain, water line and electric connection to get to the spot of the leak. Valve was easy to reinstall to power and filler tube, as were the hard connection to power and the drain, but when it came to aligning the copper water line to the valve with a compression fitting under the machine, it was impossible to get the alignment correct with the fine threads on the compression fitting. I loosened the valve from the frame and then was easily able to thread the compression fitting to the valve and then put the holding screw on the valve back in place. That knowledge would have saved me half the installation time and a lot of frustration trying to get the compression fitting to thread!

Top Spinner fell off during wash cycle
Read comments on-line here. Then removed both drawers, removed one screw from top filler tube. Gently pulled tube down just enough to remove small "button", after first putting a cloth over entire bottom of dishwasher to catch it if it, or screw, fell. Button goes in "pointy side" down. Squeezed new spinner onto button until it "popped" on. Replaced top screw, drawers and ran a load. Worked perfectly. Button was worn out. Would be nice if only button could be purchased.

Machine cycled erratically, then died
Turn off power at breaker. Mine on same breaker as disposal. Removed the twelve torx head screws from inside of door (see the video on replacing the bi-metal fuse). Removed fuse from board, then removed spade connectors to test fuse with multimeter. Blown. Board is snapped in place. Remove the two plugs from the front side of board, the four plugs from the bottom and the ribbon cable. Used a screwdriver to gently bend clips holding board in place at the ribbon cable end of the board and lift out. Examination showed burned area around pin P4, the door neutral pin. Installed new board, re-connected all wires and ribbon cable. Installed new bi-metal fuse just like in video, reassembled door. Turned breaker on, ran normal cycle. Perfect. Wife thinks I'm a genius. Partselect saved me hundreds.

This company is the BEST! I am so glad I found them. I ordered the part on a Sunday, it shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday, and I was able to repair the rack that night! Super easy - just took the end caps off, removed the broken support, and snapped the new one in place in minutes! Saved myself a hefty repair bill!
