Very loud noises during cycle
The very first thing to do is watch the online video. That was the most helpful tool. Once we saw how it should be done. We removed the bottom plate and securing screws. Disconnected the water supply line, electric, waste line and pulled the unit on top of the tarp we set down. We then tuned the unit on its side, removed the old motor, greased the new gasket and re installed. The only problems we incurred were minor. The first being that there was still water in the waste line. That was a bit messy but able to deal with. The second was that the 3/8" nut driver was very difficult to get seated on the locking nut. My wife had to actually pull up on the plastic shield in order to insert the nut driver on the nut. Once that was done, it was a piece of cake. Saved ourselves over $700.00 with this repair. Thank you Parts Select.

Dishes on top wrack were not getting clean
I watched the top spinner arm in the dishwasher to see if it was turning. It was not. I figured the chopper assembly screen might be clogged, or the blade might have been stuck. I found the repair video from PartSelect on YouTube (it's also on the Chopper Assembly website) and followed the instructions. The chopper shaft was broken. I ordered the part, and thankfully it was on my doorstep the next day using standard shipping. Following the video's instructions, I had a working dishwasher again in about 15 minutes. Thanks.

Dishwasher would not reset after washing.
The door switch did not allow for the dishwasher to reset after washing. It was an easy fix, just remove the top trim panel (6 screws) pull out the switches, replace and reassemble. Just be aware that there two switches two replace.

Spinner on top of Dishwasher fell off.
I loosened the one screw holding on the plastic that houses the tab that holds the spinner in place. Placed my finger between the plastic and pulled down slightly just enough to remove old tab. Place new tab which is small in the hole, you can actually feel it going in the right place. With your finger hold onto the tab and then snap spinner onto tab. Tighten screw back up. Make sure you cover bottom of dishwasher just in case the screw and new tab falls from your hand.

Noted leaking inlet valve, lookup a manual and called support. They advised to get part which costed 50 dollars. We got part within couple days. We saw you tube video as to how to do it. did not clean. got a hum from the pump/ motor area.
At first I thought something was jammed in the impeller, so I took it completely apart(gutted it). Put it back together and still the same. thought it could be the control panel or maybe the door switch. changed the door switch with a new from PartSelect and still the same.Took it apart again this time checked the motor and sure enough it was frozen.Took impeller off only to find motor shaft was corroded from water damage mechanical seal must have leaked. BAD quality control also found a loose rubber washer in the motor housing and the door handle hinge was broke in half. I'm sure it was shipped this way. Thanks for the speedy delivery and fair pricing. Chris

Noisy pump
I first went to the breaker box and turned off the power. Then turned of the water supply and removed the lower panels. I proceeded to take the electrical off and disconnect the water supply tube and disconnected the drain tube. At this time I removed the counter screws and lowered the adjustable legs so I could pull the washer from under the counter. Want it is out I laid it on its side and unplugged the power cord to the motor and removed the 3/8 inch hex head screw , so I could turn the pump 1/4 turn and removed it. To replace the new pump I first aligned the arrows on pump and motor housing and placed the pump back into the sump housing and reversed the removal process. It was just that easy . Thank for the quick shipping of the pump and motor.
