Pull out old pan,remove the vent cover from front and install it on the new pan, done.

Had to take front panel off dispenser area. Then remove components and install new part. That was easy part. Problem was getting components back into front of freezer. Seemed like something was blocking it from going all the way in. Had to remove small amount of insulation and "jiggle" components and eventually fell into place.

Emptied freezes, turned off power, took floor of freezer out [4 screws ], took two screws out of fan mounts and replaces fan. Reassembled by reverse process. Simple

First Unplug! then Removed shelves light bulb in freezer removed back panel and themostat right on top pulled off cut wires and butted up to new wires then puched clip back on and replaced everything. Works like a charm now. just as though it was a new one.

used a flat screwdriver to pop off out side cover then remove 6 screws took off plate. Pulled off the flapper and replaced. less the 15 mins and fixed the issue

Replaced 5/16 feeder tubing running from chiller out to base of freezer door union.

I watched the video on the PartSelect.com website and decided to give it a try. The replacement of the flapper was even easier than I anticipated! The old flapper was extremely warped and was allowing air into the freezer. I'm not sure how/why it was in that condition but I am happy to report that I have no more ice buildup. pulled fridge away from wall, shut water to fridge disconnected both lines,back one and front one.Removed old water resevoir 1 screw. cut old lines at resevoir. used small threaded rod (1"long)to connect old lines to new lines and taped together,pulled new lines with old lines and reconnected.No lifting of fridge,actual repair under 1 Hour but took longer because I cleaned underneath really well and took my time.

This was very easy to do.. :D Even a woman can do it.. :D I did this and it only took me just about 5 minutes.. No problem at all. :D

Since my refrig is 18 yrs. old and I never had to replace it, took a little long to remove trim piece on the outside. After that repair went smoothly. I still have problem with water collecting inside on the bottom of the freezer, might have a leak somewhere. Ice maker is functioning correctly.

Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy

The solenoid in the dispenser was overheated due to the control board failure. After I rerplaced the board I found the heat had distorted the plastic crank and jammed the solenoid action. The plastic crank was easy to replace. Now after expending approx. $75 everything works normally!

I am clueless around the house. But this was easy: Removed ice maker bin, fiddled with freezer shield to line up with the single screw hole that holds it in place. Use screwdriver to install shield with original screw that stayed in place after the original freezer mount cracked and broke. Put ice maker bin back. Done!

I followed a video supplied with the e-mail notification of the shipment of the part. This was one of the best experiences I have had with locating, purchasing and installing a replacement part for an appliance.

I watched the how to video and followed the instructions. The entire repair took less than 4 minutes. Hardest thing was disconnecting the control panel.
