How do you change the light switch that sits just behind the one door.
For model number CGS980SEM2SS
Hello Steven, Thank you for the question. To replace the switch, first disconnect power to the range. Pull the switch forward to locate the ends of 2 spring clips. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver on 1 of the 2 spring clips and depress the spring clip while pulling the switch from the door frame. Insert another small flat blade screwdriver on the other spring clip, depress the spring clip, and pull the switch from the door frame. Disconnect the door switch wire harness. Reverse the procedure, restore power and check the range for operation. We hope this helps.
