Nasty appearing pump seal
Unscrew round keeper on top of spray arm -CCW. Lift off spray arm. Remove the six Torx head screws aroun pump housing. Lift off pump housing. Unplug unit and obtain a small piece of 2 x 4 wood to block up the motor underneath. Push the white plastic lever near the left side of motor towards the back to loosen the entire unit. Place the wood block uner the motor and you will see the seal is accessable inside the dishwasher. Remove the seal and very carefully clean the area that accepts the new seal. Remove the block and pull back on the white plastic lever. Done!

Not cleaning properly due to clogged parts.
I disassembled parts from the lower Spray arm to the Rinse Arm. Everything was gunked up, nothing was broken. I replaced the Lower Spray Arm, Secondary Filter, Pump Housing Filter and the Rinse Arm. I re-used The Radiant Shields, Filter Plate, Lower Spray Arm Seals and the O-Ring. Much of my time was spent cleaning before re-assembly. Assembly was no problem. I ran the machine afterward with no problems and very good cleaning results. I ran the videos once before starting. They were very helpful, as were some other people's experiences.

Wife Heard Loud Noise. She Thought A Helicopter Was Landing On The House.
First, I went to the "partselect" web site and searched for "loud noise". The web site listed the probable cause and had a video about how to remove the discharge pump housing. I removed the housing and found it in two pices. Ordered the part and received it in 2 days. I had to watch the video again to make sure I replaced the parts in the correct order. Wife is now happy and that makes me happy. Thanks to "partselect" for your help.

Water leaking out the front right corner
Replaced the inner door foam insulation strip and door gasket.I believe the "secret" is not to push the door gasket in all the way. Let the door find its own seat. Problem fixed.

Water leak around door
This was as simple a repair as you will ever get, at least on a 16 year old Maytag like we have. Literally just take the old gasket out and put the new one in -- just make sure to look at the old gasket to ensure you are inserting the proper end of the new one into the channel, I almost put it in wrong, but then again I'm brain damaged where home repairs are concerned. The door is more difficult to close after I put the gasket in, so I may have to adjust the door closing mechanism just a tad.

Dishwasher Leaks
Installing the door gasket is relatively easy, it just pushes in place without any adhesive. Just make sure it is even on both sides
You can to pull it out and reinstall to even it all way around the door if needed.
You may also find a new gasket will make to door a little harder to close. I presume it will be easier to close over time.
I also installed a new float at the same time but that repair is very difficult, takes specialized tools and lots of patience.
