Broken crisper support
The main issue is that my supports are NOT held on by screws -- they are behind the fridge wall and can not be removed. So this is my solution (ignore the 'fix kit' -- it is useless and is just this part plus a metal screw. It cost me $20 to find this out). Here is what I did: 1) Cut off the old support with a knife. 2) Get a small toggle bolt (I used 1/8" x 2", < $2 from Home Depot) and thread into new support. 3) Dig around in insulation to make sure there is space for toggle to flip open. 4) Install!!!! Wish I'd thought of this before :-)

Ice dispenser flap not working
I love your site and videos. If it were not for the video, I would have never been able to complete the work myself. The shipping of the item arrived in a day or two and the ability to buy just one piece was a huge help and cost savings. The schematic and part numbering made the whole job fairly easy. While fixing the flap, I accidentally had the spring drop on the floor. I though I was in real trouble until your site actually had a video on how to replace the spring. Yes, a spring. I was very excited to watch that video because there is no way I would have guessed the proper way to put it back on. The old guy in the video must have weeks logged in under the camera- he is my favorite actor right now.

ice tray cracked at ice dispenser auger motor causing auger misalignment..
Removed the ice tray with nut driver, tilted forward to disconnect electrical plug for ice dispenser. Once ice tray was out, removed cube/crush selection solenoid (don't lose spring) and removed auger motor. Now came the tricky part, to remove the auger itself from motor, it is a left handed screw to remove. I used a pair of needle nosed vise grip to hold on to auger shaft, then used channel lock pliers to grab auger and removed. Using the vise grips made it for easy work. Once removed I reinstalled auger motor and ice cube/crush solenoid in reverse order. replaced ice tray into freezer. Works like new!! One tip (I found this out the next morning) The motor, because it is frozen will condense moisture on it when outside the freezer. A) use compressed air to dry before reinstallation. or B) Once installed, run ice dispenser at least once every 15 minutes for about an hour. This will keep the motor from freezing up. I didn't do either, and the next morning the motor was frozen and wouldn't work. I had to break free with pliers (risked doing damage to motor and new ice tray). I was lucky and motor works fine. Good luck!

Lost lower hinge pins while moving refrigerator to another house--Couldn't mount the doors back on without them!
Very easy once we had the pins! The amazing part was how fast we obtained them, how easy the ordering process was, and how vast and easy the selection process. Entering the model number took us right to a diagram of what we needed! The placement of the pins was almost self explanatory by the shape and size, but the diagram would have been very helpful had we needed it. My son replaced the lost pins, re-mounted the doors, and re-connected the water supply in the door in under 15 minutes. Everything works perfectly!

The motor that drives the ice auger, broke out of the plastic
My Refrigerator is over 10 years old. All the previous instructions helped a great deal, but I have one comment to add to all the other instructions: it took several blows (not taps) with the hammer and channel locks to hold the shaft to free the Yoke from the motor.

Ice Bin Drive Ring replacement
Easy repair - Don't over complicate it. 1) Flip up ice bar to stop making new ice. 2) Pull out the complete ice bin/tray. 3) shut freezer door while you work on the ice bin. 4) All you need to do is remove the 4 screws holding the ice bin holding tray to the front of the Ice cutting section in the front. 5) Screw drive can then be pulled forward to remove the old/broken white drive cap. Just replace the White Drive ring, put the drive screw back into the ice bin tray and re-install the 4 screws. 6) When re-inserting the bin, you may have to twist the screw drive slightly to re-align with the motor bracket in the back of the freezer. Suggestion: throw out old ice because if it is wet or slightly melted, when you put it back in the freezer the ice will freeze/clump together into a large ice clump; not cubes. Also dry out the ice bin so there is no water to freeze up or create a new jam when the ice bin now re-freezes.
