ors at the back of the switches - remember which is top and bottom, g) use a screw drive to break off the plastic pieces that hold the switches in place, h) push out the old switches, i) push/snap in the new switches, j) reconnect wires, replace control panel and screw in the nuts.

Wouldn"T Drain The Water Completey
Removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. . . )

Two upper rack rollers were broken
Used ascrewdriver to bend the metal rail that the roller rolls on. The part that needed to be bent holds the end cap on. Once bent, the end cap pops off. The the old roller can be removed and the new roller instsalled. The rail then needs to be re-bent.
