the broiler element burnt out

first I unplugged the stove,took the screws out of the pan that holds the element to the stove, then unplugged the element.then I plugged in the new element, then screwed the screws into the pan that holds the element into the stove. it was very easy. read more

The bake element burned in half, shorted out, made the lights in the house flick and burst in to a short lived flame.er

not proper heat in oven

ordered part -got it the next day- stalled as long as I could then opened oven removed racks-used screwdriver to loosen screws in bracket holding element on- pulled out element-used pliers to take off wires in element-thew old element as far as possible-reversed procedure to put in new element-replaced rack-received praises of all afffected-the end read more
