Picked up a fully operable dehumidifier from someone who couldn't use it and for some reason the bucket was missing. How easy to go online, put in the model number and item needed, and within a week (and $60) have a fully operable dehumidifier which probably costs about $300. read more

I knew it was the microswitch. It's internal spring was shot. Getting to it was not a picnic. Remove knobs up top (as well as red plastic dooley that reflects the light telling you the "bucket is full". Remove cover (screws)...a bunch of them.
