Blower wheel shaft snapped
Opened up the unit and was just able to move the front condenser(?) unit just enough out of the way to reach the compression clamp that held the blower shaft to the motor shaft. Removed the old blower wheel. Slid the new one on and after several tries was able to get the compression clamp/spring back on. Put it back together and it works like a champ.
