Broken fan blade
Removed 10 screws holding fan schroud, top brace, and condenser. Remove schroud from condenser and push back toward fan motor. Pull condenser gently away from fan far enough to remove spring clip from old fan with pliers. Tap on old fan blade hub lightly until it comes off. (Important) Make sure you line up flat side of motor shaft with flat side new fan hub. When lined up tap back on and assemble in reverse order. Took 15 mins to replace and 15 mins to clean condenser.
