Bucket and Float Kit

This bucket and float kit, also known as water tank assembly, is for a dehumidifier is 14.5 inches long and 8.5 inches wide. The water tank extracts, traps, and contains the moisture from the air, which dehumidifies your room. The kit contains one bucket, one flat, and two screws for installation. The bucket is white and made of plastic. You may need to replace this part if your dehumidifier is no longer trapping the water properly. Bucket Water Level Switch

This part is for your dehumidifier. The bucket water level switch is used to prevent water overflow when the bucket is full. You will not be able to tell if the switch has failed just by looking at it. You will need to perform a continuity test. This will determine if a continual electrical path is present. If you notice that dehumidifier will not run even when the bucket is empty, it might be due to the switch needing to be replaced. To access the part, you will need to remove all the outer housing. The switch is located in a plastic holder found on the inside wall.
