It was really easy because I read information on your site. I only had to unscrew 3 screws, remove the old spark ignition electrode, replace the new one and then screw the 3 screws back. It was great

The right front burner quit lighting, the igniter was weak.

Took off the burner by unscrewing the two screws and lifting out the burner/igniter together being careful to not let the electrical connection come apart. If it does then you have to take all 4 burners off so you can lift the whole oven/burner top. Disconnect the old igniter by (more than likely) drilling out the old screw, if you are lucky maybe the old screw holding the igiter will actually unscrew. If not, you can put a new screw in to hold the new igniter, put it all back together and youre done.

I am sure I saved a bunch of money for an outside repair. It was so simple I was embarassed that I did not attempt the repair sooner. Removed two screws from old burner head lifted it up unplugged the electrode wire replaced with new burner head put the two screws back in place and I was finished.

Burner wouldn't light. Spark occuring below the burner head between it and the electrode.

Remove two phillips screws, lift the burner head up and remove the wire from the electrode. DO NOT DROP THE WIRE!!! It will fall into the stove top, adding much more time and frustration to this very simple repair. Reverse these steps to complete the repair.

I want to praise your customer service. The first parts I received were incorrect by no fault of Parts Select. I called customer service and the assistance I received from "tamarad" was outstanding. She listened to my description of the issue and together figured out the parts originally sent were packaged incorrectly and she walked me through the reordering and in a few days I had the right parts delivered. I wish all customer service experiences were this enjoyable. I will definately use this organization again.
