I then fit the wires into the new element and screwed it back in using the new screws. It was really easy! I was lucky to have my father in law show me how, since this was my first time to do it.

Connected new element to power wires and pushed it back in place. Replaced new Phillips head screws. Replaced racks, and turned power back on. Oven was fixed in less than five minutes. Disposed of old element. Life is good.
