Cable was broke.
Pushed the cable through the engine mount.Connected the cable to the engine slider. Pulled cable through the previous tie down connected to the lower end of the bar. My self-propelled lawnmower did not function. The front wheel assist did not work.
I removed one of the wheels and noticed that the gear teeth were worn off. I then checked the other wheel and it was the same. I ordered two replacement wheels and replaced the worn wheels with the new wheels. It took less than 15 minutes to remove the old wheels and replace with the new wheels. It took a ratchet and a 9/16 inch socket. It was a very easy repair.
