Dryer would not heat!
After getting on-line to your site we looked up what the problem could be after receiving the dryer from a friend to transfer from electric to gas to save money. First we thought it to be the ignitor and after receiving it so quickly it still didn't work so went to your site again and found the Flame sensor. They were both defective and now it works wonderful!!! Your site also explains what and how to repair the appliance, which my husband appreciated! We are glad you contacted us because your site did not show that we could send you and e-mail Thanking your company for the excellant service we received. Your prices can't compare to other companies either, we were amazed on the differences. When you say the next day delivery, you mean the next day!!! Thankyou and you are now in my Favorites if ever needing parts for other appliances we own.

Suppliers would not tell me igniter specs so I could know immeadiatly it was the problem.
checking prices for a new dryer I found that I could buy all the parts I suspected were bad for less money than a new dryer, and in the end have a fairly new dryer. After receiving the parts, I checked the suspect parts with a digital multimeter and found that the igniter was indeed the bad part. (It was glowing but not hot enough)Problem was resistance. I changed all the parts I ordered, dryer works fine. PS Duct Tape held the drum up while installing the new belt through tensioner and over motor drive pulley. Two days to get parts, I'm impressed and will use you again. :-)

Loud squeaky that turned into a rattling noise
I watched your video that showed me how to remove the top then the face of the dryer. I then removed the drum and belt, after which I could then remove the support wheels and the belt tension wheel.I replaced the support wheels and tension wheel, the hardest part was removing the little plastic locking keepers that hold the support wheels in place. After that I was able to reinstall the drum with the new belt and reinstall the face and top of the dryer. My 15 year old dryer works great just like new. Thanks

The drum quit turning
Sunday, the drum on the dryer quit turning. I could hear the motor running, so I guessed that the belt had broken. I jumped on the internet and searched for Roper Dryer parts and Part Select jumped up. Within 30 minutes, I had a new belt ordered. I received the e-mail with the how-to included and boy did it save me some hassel. I was prepared to do it all wrong until I saw the video. When the belt arrived, it took me longer to gather the tools I needed than it did to change the belt. Thanks
