The chopper was broken, the screen was clogged
Somehow, a wooden chopstick found it's way to the chopper (a small disposal in your dishwasher), and broke the (plastic) rotor. Food was no longer being finely chopped, and was unable to pass through a filter screen. This reduced water pressure, and prevented effective operation of the upper spray arm. It is not difficult to get to the chopper to make the repair. Refer to the guide taped to the backside of the floor panel. Note that the chopper can be accessed through the bottom of the tub itself. Remove the spray tube from the wash module manifold, then twist the manifold CCW to release it. Then, remove attaching screws to the screen, foreign object protector and inlet protector to reach the chopper assembly. I replaced the broken chopper and reversed procedure.

Dishwasher was leaking...looked on-line for possible solutions. Saw your website and people with similar issues that they said was the gasket. I took a chance and ordered on to see if I could do it myself. I was very suprised and pleased. It worked!
Removed old gasket...started on the right and side and just eased the new one in the slot around the dishwasher. Just guided it in with a screwdriver and butter knife. I was very pleased with the outcome. I know it would have cost much, much more if I had called an appliance repair company. Thank you!

Dishwasher leaked on floor
I removed the old door gasket and cleaned the channel that the gasket sits in. Then I marked the center of the gasket and matched it with the center of the channel. The door latch did get in the way so I had to have another set of hand to get it started. It pretty much went in by hand just by pushing it. There was extra gasket on either side of the bottom of the door. I trimmed to make it fit perfectly. The first time I used the dishwasher it didn't leak. Unfortunately, the second time I did it leaked again. I am going to run it again tomorrow, but does anyone have an idea why it might still be leaking? Thanks

Door was leaking
I pulled out the old gasket and pushed the new gasket in with my fingers and a little help from a flathead screwdriver. I went in fairly easily and now it doesn't leak. That simple. Thanks.

Top rack not cleaning properly
You need star bits! Removed top three screws on the pump housing, removed two screws from the tubing to the upper wash arm, moved the lower part of this tubing to the right to reveal a hidden screw. Pulled all out and removed screw and a cover to get to the chopper assy cover one screw and a little pressure from a flat screwdriver because the plastic pieces were held together with dried detergent. Pulled out old , which was covered with plastic, which broke unit, and restricted water intake. Replaced all in reverse order,O.K. now!

Leaking gasket
Pushed in the new gasket and had excess that I cut off. The new gasket leaked because I was short on one side. I had to stretch the gasket to keep it secure and stop leaking.

Time and heat had deteriorated the door gasket
Time and heat had deteriorated the door gasket to a point where food was collecting in and around it - I had to remove the old one and clean weekly.

Door Gaskets are easy to replace, just pulled out the old one, cleaned out the slot and inserted the new one - Thanks!

Hard to get gasket into track
It isn't as simple as just pushing the new gasket into the retaining track. It has to be seated correctly by pushng the retainer strip all the way into track inch by inch using a thin blade tool like a butter knife. Very tedious and hard to see if it is seated properly without someone holding a flashlight. I had about 12 inches left to go on the lower left side but a 3 inch long strip of the gasket kept rolling over on its edge as it wasn't seated in far enough, but it was!
