did not clean. got a hum from the pump/ motor area.
At first I thought something was jammed in the impeller, so I took it completely apart(gutted it). Put it back together and still the same. thought it could be the control panel or maybe the door switch. changed the door switch with a new from PartSelect and still the same.Took it apart again this time checked the motor and sure enough it was frozen.Took impeller off only to find motor shaft was corroded from water damage mechanical seal must have leaked. BAD quality control also found a loose rubber washer in the motor housing and the door handle hinge was broke in half. I'm sure it was shipped this way. Thanks for the speedy delivery and fair pricing. Chris

Noisy pump
I first went to the breaker box and turned off the power. Then turned of the water supply and removed the lower panels. I proceeded to take the electrical off and disconnect the water supply tube and disconnected the drain tube. At this time I removed the counter screws and lowered the adjustable legs so I could pull the washer from under the counter. Want it is out I laid it on its side and unplugged the power cord to the motor and removed the 3/8 inch hex head screw , so I could turn the pump 1/4 turn and removed it. To replace the new pump I first aligned the arrows on pump and motor housing and placed the pump back into the sump housing and reversed the removal process. It was just that easy . Thank for the quick shipping of the pump and motor.

water leak bottom left side
Repair was easy. After readjusting the dishwasher so that it wasn't leaning forward (it still leaked) I replaced the Door Gasket. Pulled one end out about 2 ft and pushed in the new one as I pulled the old one out and pushed the new one in. Came out and went in easy, just used a big screw driver to slighting push the new gasket in to make sure it fit snug. Fit, Form & Function was all correct. Works like a sharm, no more leaks and door does fit snug when closing. All good.

soap dsipenser would not open, and no lights on the main display panel.
Removed front panel for access to the back of the soap dispenser. Visually inspected the diespenser, and it looked okay. Ordered new electronic control board and bi-metal fuse from PartsSelect to address the no-power situation. The parts arrived in 2 to 3 days. Once the dishwasher's front panel is again removed, the control board and fuse are right there for easy access. The control board snaps out easily. All attaching wires unplug easily. All the wires are plugged into the new control board. It's easy, and they cannot be mixed up.Snap the control board back into place. The fuse can be unpluged and easily tested with a continuity tester or multimeter. If it's bad,the lead wires are cut, and the new fuse is easily spliced in. Reattached the front panel, and everything worked perfectly.

very loud pump and motor
read other accounts of customers at parts select and decided that this would solve my problems as well. Recieved new parts in timely manner and fumbled through the project in well under 2 hours! Simply remove lower spray arm, pull disher washer out of cabinet and lie on side with door open. Disconnect any wiring and parts not on the new assembly, pull three plastic retaining clips and take pump housing assembly out from inside cabinet. Reverse proceedure and listen to a whisper quiet dishwasher and a very happy wife.

poor water flow, dishes not clean
Remove trays, remove back water tubing to top of dish washer, remove bottom spinner, twist off white piece, remove 4 allen screws, removed all drain screens, found one more allen screw hiding under all the scum in bottom, removed scaper blade cover, found scraper blade shaft broken, to installed new scrapper blades, used a needle nose pliers to hold spring loaded shaft in out position, have to install screen with cut side down into slots the center shaft of motor and let it snap back into place, this was the hardest part, not a lot of room to get to hands inside. Reassembled dishwasher.while I had it apart went ahead and replaced top spinner, unsnap and resnap new one on. Runs as good now as it did new 4 years ago. Pulled glass, thumb tacks, bobby pins, string and goop out of bottom catch pan.
