Won’t start shows. “LE” on panel

Hello Susan, thank you for contacting us. The LE error code indicates that the washer does not run at all or is not at the expected speed. The common causes of this issue are overloading and using too much detergent. First, check if decreasing the load or using less detergent solves your issue. If the issue still exists, we would recommend checking the following parts: rotor position sensor, part number PS16556422, motor stator, part number PS3522950, and motor rotor, part number PS3522937. leaking water from top connection

Hi James, thank you for the question. We suggest you check the water inlet valve assembly, part number PS3527446, which may be not properly connected with the inlet hoses. We hope this sorts out your problem!
