I want to remove the oven capacity light. The manual says remove 2 screws from the vent but there is only one on the right side and none on the left side of the vent. How do i get the vent off?

Hello Duane and thank you for writing. Some models only have one screw, you should be able to take the screw out and then use a putty knife or similar to lift and slide. Sometimes debris is stuck and you might have to wash the lens down with some warm soapy water to get it loose. Do not forget to unplug your unit before attempting this. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Hi H, Thank you for your question. If your microwave is not heating, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the magnetron, the door switches and the high voltage diode. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!

Microwave tripped circuit breaker when turned on
Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.

Power would not come on, would trip breaker when connected.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Once I verified the problem by troubleshooting, I removed the part and verified that the switches were working fine, the door latch assembly showed signs of wear which was the cause of the problem. After receiving the replacement part I installed it, verified that power was restored to the unit and reassembled the microwave, works fine, hope it lasts a long time!

Thermostat bad....but couldn't fix it
My grandfather who is well versed as an electrician checked my microwave out because it wasn't worked. He used a multimeter to check electric current to parts in the microwave. He said a specific thermostat was not getting any current going through. I ordered that replacement part from this site and when it came in it didn't have current running through it either. He said he thought the part that was given to me was faulty. I called this companies number to ask some questions but the machine said they aren't taking any inquiry calls because of the pandemic right now. So I currently don't know what the problem is with my microwave. I want to return the part but unfortunately during Christmas time the packaging got thrown away. So as of right now I'm out the part money and probably money to buy a new appliance.
