Unscrewed three screws securing the glass top. Lifted glass top and wedged it open. Took a picture of the current wiring. Removed old burner.Compared male contact points on new and old burner. Plugged new burner in appropriately. Note: The new burner is MUCH hotter than the old one.

Removed stove from slot in wall. Bent rear left leg would not unscrew due to bent metal bracket. Used hacksaw to cut out leg, then straightened metal bracket with small hammer and was able to screw new leg in and adjust height by using level on stove before reinserting stove its slot. Recheck level after pushing back in place and adjust front legs if necessary. If not for bent metal receiving bracket, would have taken much less time. Still easy tho. R'cvd part in two days. Very quick.

Removed the two screws, on both sides of the oven wall corner. Gently lift the front end of the glass top and pull towards me and disconnect the two electrical sockets. Carried the glass top assembly on the kitchen table and turned upside down. Removed the six screws. Removed the assembly from the glass top. Turn the top burners assembly over and disengaged the two clips of the burned out burner from the assembly plate. Transferred the two clips to the new burner on the exact locations like the old ones were. I have placed the new burner on the location and snapped the clips on the slots. Removed the connectors one piece at a time and connected to the new burner. Reversed the previous disassembly and all was done Works like a charm. Thank you all for assisting me in providing the necessary parts and video instructions. It was a lot cheaper than to buy a new range.

Turn off power (at breaker panel). Pull out range from wall and unplug electrical cord from outlet. Remove retaining screw at each side of element. Slowly pull out element from back of oven to expose electrical connector. Use pliers to pull connector apart (do not pull on wire). With element disconnected, measure resistance between the two ends of the element. Found infinite resistance or open circuit. Ordered replacement part and measured new part to be 20 ohms. Installed new element by pushing on connectors to new element. Carefully push new element into oven back wall and secure with the 2 screws. Plug electrical connector into wall socket and push range back to the wall. Turn on breaker switch. Turn on oven to verify fix. Note: Confirm there is voltage on both legs of wall socket for 220 volts which will confirm the breaker at panel is functioning. This can be done before removal of element from the range.

The thermocouple was suspect. It should be super easy- two screws, but the wiring harness would not pull through on my oven. I confirmed the procedure with the PartSelect video which is good. The harness was caught and broke so I had to pull the oven out partially to get to the harness. The sensor did check bad on the multimeter (resistance too high- Google it, I did) so I ordered the part. Once the new part was installed the oven still did not function. So I had to get busy with the multimeter and pull the oven again. On the back of my oven near the wire to the bake element is a Hi Limit Switch which cuts off the bake element if the outside of the oven gets above the preset temperature. Mine was cracked and faulty and had to be replaced. The oven works great now.

Remove 2 screws in upper left corner of stove holding sensor in place. Pull sensor out and disconnect plastic electrical connector. Select appropriate adapter (both styles provided with new part) & reinstall. Power up stove and select bake on control unit to test. Works like a charm!

Although I put 15-30 mins for repair, most of that was taking it apart only to have to put it back until I got the right part. It can be done in 15min or less. FIRST: UNPLUG THE RANGE or Shut the circuit breaker OFF. Remove two screws (1/4" nut driver) on the front lower edge of the cooktop. These are seen once you opent the top oven door. Lift up the top and pull out about two inches and disconnect the multiwire plug in connector. Lift the top off the range and place it upside down on a flat surface (talbe or counter) protected with a towel. Unplug the sliding connectors from the burner unit noticing the correct placement. Remvoe the two tabs (#2 phillips screwdriver) on either side of the burner unit noting location. Take the time to clean up all debris with a vacuum or soft cloth. Install the new burner, connect the two tabs, plug in the connectors, return the top to the range, plug in the multiwire plug, secure the two screws and plug the range back in and start cooking!

1. remove corlan cover from base of unit 2. study original wire pattern of old burner and switch; write down pattern on paper 3 gently remove wires with needle nose pliers.4 replace with new burner and switch with color coded wire pattern copying the original wiring 5 reinstall corlan cover on base. remember to shutdown cooktop from either circuit breaker or fuse in order not to electrocute yourself while working remember wires are live until shut down from main source of power

Lifted the range top about 2 1/2 inches, removed the ceramic top and replaced the burner. Tested the burner before replacing the top. Everything worked fine.

Simply remove the two screws in the back and carefully work the element out taking care not to pull the wires off. I left the oven door on which made access somewhat awkward reaching in. Remove wire clips and install new element in reverse. So easy even a caveman could do it.

I removed the broken hinge and installed the new one, however the oven door didn't stay ajar but dropped open fast. So I took the old spring and installed it on the new hinge and it was improved. It just took a screwdriver.

I removed the old thermostat and replaced it with the new one using the supplied wiring adapter for my model of range. Parts Select made this an easy project. Thanksyou

unplugged the oven from the 220 volt receptacle. Removed the wire shelves. Unscrewed the two screws holding element to rear of oven. (I didn't know at this point to pull the wires through from the back so I took the back panel of the oven off and unplugged the connectors from the rear). Measured the defective element, ordered, and two days later I reversed the process when the package arrived in the mail. . quite simple. I love it when I can fix something myself. And by fixing, I actually mean "replacing".

Followed directions as supplied. New part did not work, so it must be in the control unit which is no longer available. So time for a new range.
