Leaking water input valve solenoid
Your website made it easy to not only fix, but to diagnose the problem. The video was very helpful especially on how things are disassembled and reassembled. Your order techs helped me get just the right part and not have to buy the entire assembly saving me $50. Only sticking point is model identification. Seems by fridge (bought in NJ) was Canadian made with model #'s not in your data base. Would be helpful if you could get them into it.Overall, PS is the best. Joe

Had to replace the drive coupling.
The part arrived very quickly. I also received a link to a video showing exactly how to replace the part. I watched the video and then pried the old part off like the video showed. Then screwed the new part on counter clockwise. It took longer to watch the video than to make the repair. This was a GREAT customer service experience!

Worn drive coupling.
Very easy to repair. Just pry the old drive coupling off, clean the threads on the shaft, tighten counterclockwise. Instructions are clear. The drive coupling is a weak point in this appliance. Live with it,

Installation of new drive wheel on blender
Prior to ordering the part from Part Select I had removed the broken drive wheel from the blender by prizing it loose not actually knowing that was exactly how it was to be removed. I thought it was pressed onto the shaft but upon removal I found the shaft was threaded. I figured at that point I had ruined the blender. I ordered the new part anyway and upon receiving the ship notification I found a short video attached explaining how to remove the old drive. And low and behold I had removed it exactly as the video illustrated. The new part installed perfectly. Thanks!!!

Broken Drive coupling
The base of the coupling would not pry off. My husband is a machinest and made the wrench to take it off. He was affraid if the coupling was forced off it would strip the threads. Another supplier does sell the part with the tool. SMART IDEA!!!

nubs had broken/sheared off
pryed off the old rubber coupling, then actually went on line and read how others had made the repair and followed their directions, which was to hold the shaft with a needle nose pliers and unscrewed the old, screwed on the new. Very easy.
