Broken carafe...seems to be a very common problem
Purchased a replacement carafe for Kitchen Aid model KCM1402. Was a bit skeptical as to whether this carafe would fit. It was a perfect fit, and I am a very happy customer. I can now use my $120 kitchen aid coffee maker again. This carafe will also fit kcm222 kcm223. I would highly recommend that you order your parts from this site

Broken lid to coffee maker
There were no repairs to be done. I ordered a replacement lid which was readily delivered, but unfortunately did not fit. I learned the appliance maker went out of business and the exact lid I needed was no longer available. The CSR I spoke with (Susan) was EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. She sent me the exact info to return the lid and advised me of my pending refund. There should be more NICE CSRs like her. She is an asset to any company. "A pleasure doing business with ya Susan!"
