Deli drawer pin broke
I was skeptical when others said it took about 5 minutes to do this repair, but they were right. The hardest part is emptying the fridge enough to get drawers out. After that it's a matter of removing a few screws, and putting the new piece in. Really simple!

Ice maker was leaking water and freezing the ice in the trray
I unplugged the refrigerator. Then removed the ice tray. Then removed the screw holding the ice maker secure. I had a little difficulty lifting the ice maker off the clips on the side of the refrigerator but was successful. Then unplugged the wire harness from the back of the refrigerator an lifted the unit out. Removed the wiring harness from the old unit and installed it on the new one. Then positioned the new unit so I could plug the harness in the refrigerator and lined up the clips to attach it on the side of the refrigerator, being careful to line up the water distribution tube. Replaced the screw to secure the ice maker and plugged the refrigerator back in and it is working very well. I am very hsappy with the repair

Ice maker was leaking water into ice tray and freezer causing large "icebergs" and ice dams to form.
Video was helpful and reading the other responses online was a big help also. Followed all of those instructions. Most difficult part was disconnecting the electrical plug to the ice maker. Need a screwdrive or other pointed object to depress plastic tab. Other than that, things went smoothly. HOWEVER, after turning water back on and plugging in fridge, I thought everthing was perfect...no leaks initially. BUT, came back a few hours later to find no ice cubes in the holding tray, "iceburg" formations and ice dams built up again thoughout the freezer. Water was leaking continuously from the ice maker. Upon further analysis, it appears the electronic mechanism keeps telling the fridge to send water to the ice maker...or, it is sending too much before shutting the water off. The tray is overflowing and that seems to be the problem. I'm back to square one, but with a new ice maker.

Broken drawer tab
My 3 year old broke the tab, so I ordered the new piece. My husband installed it, but I was right there watching. Very simple fix. No issues at all. One thing I loved is that the shipping was super fast! I did not request any expedited shipping, but as fast as it came you would've thought I had. I know this is a website I will be purchasing future replacement products from!!

The tab which held the bottom drawer lid opened broke
I removed the bottom pantry drawer, the lid, the two drawers above the bottom drawer, the glass shelf above the bottom drawer, and the plastic supports for the glass shelf. I used the socket set to remove the sliding metal tray, I installed the sliding metal tray piece on the new end cap. Then I removed the two bolts that held the plastic "pantry end cap" in place. Once those bolts were removed, I carefully pulled the end cap into the center of the fridge to separate temperature control rod from the back of the fridge. There is a piece of angled plastic that holds it in place. Once I had that whole apparatus removed (there are three parts) I had to carefully angle the plastic piece to disconnect the temperature control rod from the old end cap, and install it on the new end cap. So long as you are careful and do not force it, it is very straight forward. You do not need to bend or force anything to get it separated and re-installed. Once I had the temp control rod moved over, I installed the angled plastic piece in the back, then angled the end cap against the side wall, then installed the two bolts that hold it in place. Then I put the pantry drawer, shelf, and other drawers back in place.

The pin on the pantry end cap broke so that the pantry lid was not functional.
Replaced the pantry end cap by first removing the pantry drawer. Then removing both crisper drawers and the first shelf with the plastic bars that hold it in place. Removed the slider that the pantry drawer rests on to move in and out -just needed a small flat head screwdriver for that. Then removed three nuts holding the end cap with a nut driver. End cap snap right out and new one went right in. Screwed in three nuts. Then reattached the slider for pantry draw with two screws. Reassembled shelf, crisper drawers and then slid in pantry drawer - reattached the pantry lid to the pins on either end cap. Very easy. The activity that took longest was acquiring the nut driver - I didn't have the right tool. All in all simple job.

pantry door hinge broke
had to replace the whole right side panel, came off fairly easy, but to get the adustable rod out and back into the new panel was somewhat difficult. I found out you can bend more than what you think to get it out and back in. It is the rod that adjusts the air flow

Ice Maker quit making ice
Watched the video on the web site and then followed the instructions. It was very easy to change. After changing it, I filled it with water from a cup to get it started making ice since the video does not address how to do this. It has been working well ever since. If you are handy with tools, you can do this.

Ice maker did not work
I put in a new ice maker because it was not in very good condition. The water valve had a very slow leak which allowed water to freeze on the way to the ice maker and plugged the line. This problem was in one of your repair articles all of which were very welcome
