I would not have attempted the repairs without your instruction. I use a Drimel tool with a abravise blade to cut the part off the shaft. After I realized the Drimel tool would work. It took me parhaps 10 minutes to get it off the shaft. I had already ordered the new part and the job was complete. Thanks for the help. Ron Burch

Went as planned. Video was such a great help. Delivery was in world record time. Price was right. Will use you again.

Replaced old drawer with new. Did have to remove white handle, the new one doesn't come with one. It was simply a matter of prying up the edge until it would come off and snapping it in place on the new one. Used the screw driver to lift pry up the edge.

Watched video of repair. Took all drawers and drawer holders out of freezer to acesss back panel. Removed 6 screws from back panel,slid up and out. Cut 2 wires to remove old bi-mtl defroster. splice the wires and attached new bi-metal def.

Using instructions found on the internet and the illustrated parts breakdown it was just a matter of following instructions.

Align new Ice Guide with two upper tab holes and push into place. Then push bottom tab into bottom hole until it snaps into place.

ordered a new auger after tearing it apart I found I needed a drum. Thought this might be too much work so I went to Lowes for a new ice maker they sold me the wrong one said the didnt have one & I needed to order, they sent the wrong part. So I ordered the drum from you. So her is a pile of parts that has been settin there for a week. The secret was the video Great Job everything works & I tell everyone how smart I am with your help. Took two screwdrivers and inserted bottom of bezel pryed up and out gently. Removed (4) screws and unpluged (3) electronic plugs removing the circuit board. After you remove bezel & circuit board you have a chance to see what you are doing and get to the problem area with more ease. Remove old parts and reverse it putting the new parts. Process is very simple just pay attention to the order everything was removed. On my frig one of the plastic ears that hold the pin which holds the spring and door was broke. The piece I needed was no longer avaliable. I had to use a piece of the plastic from the old parts I removed, drilled a hole the size of the pin in it and glued it to the broken off ear. Put everything back together and I am pleased to say that everything works fine! So you might need to go a little MacGyver on it. All in all very simple fix.

Removed ice bin and separated parts. However, instructions would have been nice that the part to unscrew was the opposite of normal screws. Not righty-tighty, but righty remove. After I figured that out, disassembly, reassembly, and installation went smoothly. It was a pleasure to deal with your company!

Popped the cover off took panal off to access ice door screws.Removed old parts and replaced with new kit.Works fine now.

Removed the nut holding the plastic cover plate at the top of the door. Removed the 3 nuts holding the latch to the fridge. Lifted the door up and laid it on its' side. Removed the nut holding the door cam and replaced it with the new one. removed the nut holding the lower door cam and replaced it. Put a little vaseline on both cams and re-in-stalled the door. Took less than 15 minutes and the door is like new. Watching the video on the web site was perfect.

Removed food from door. Shut off fridge. Removed dust cap at top hinge. Marked location of top hinge with masking tape so lining up when reassembling would be easier. Removed screws holding top hinge to fridge. Removed door, placed on blanket&towel. Removed old door cam. Put on new door cam. Removed old hinge cam. Put on new hinge cam. Put door back on. Replaced top hinge, lining up with tape. Replaced dust cap. Note that door did not really self close very well until it was filled with food. By far the hardest part of the whole operation was that my wife wanted to clean the fridge in the process!

We used the video out on YouTube to show us how to replace the drum. It made the repair go so fast that we were amazed that two klutzes could do this repair! Remove the screws that hold the housing together. Place the screws in a cup to keep everything together. Remove the spiral unit and the plastic sleeve. The hardest part was removing the auger nut on the assembly. Just remember it is a left hand turn. After that, remember sequence of the blade assembly. The video suggested that you take a picture and that would help remembering the sequence of the blades. Follow the video!
