Drawer would not stay level or move easily
The drawer dropped down and would not easily open or shut or fit up good when closed. A quick inspection showed that one of the rear drawer guides was broken. The parts were ordered on a weekend and they showed up on Tuesday. We already had the pots and pans out of the drawer. It took about 10 minutes to put in the new guides (I replaced the one not broken also), clean and lubricate the drawer slides. Good as new. The repair video, although not necessary for this repair, was excellent. Thanks a bunch!

the baking element had separated (burnt out)
No directions come with the parts. I used a nut driver to unhook the connections on each side. The wire was connected with a male/female small connection ( they were inside the back of the oven. I pulled each one out and had to pry them loose with a screw driver. I attached each wire and used the nutdriver to tighten them. It was easier doing the repair than writing this explanation. I am not a handy man...

Element cracked and not working
Using the video instructions, I had no problems with the installation. I was so proud of what I had done and the possible money I had saved that I told everyone I know. Thanks so much for your web site. As a matter of fact I found your site while looking for possible repair costs and your ad caught my eye. I am a 81 year old female, so if I can do it anyone can.

My bottom baking element burned into.
The repair was easy. Would have been super easy if a piece of the old element had not broken off in the slot. The directions that I received were perfect. The oven was fixed within 45 minutes. No repairman needed - very inexpensive fix. By ordering this part and following the directions it was a quick and cheap fix. Thank you for having my part and sending instructions with it. Bake element burnt out
I watched the repair video that came with my recipt for my order. When my bake element arrived I unplugged the stove. I then followed the instructions in the video by unscrewing the old element and removing the wires. I then hooked up the wires to the new element, pushed it into place and attached the screws. Plugged in the stove and turned on the over to preheat. Worked like brand new. PartSelect save me so much money and time. I love this site!

Bake element flared up and died
The most difficult part of the process was cleaning the oven. It possibly had never been cleaned before. It was cleaned while waiting for the part to arrive. The part came in 2 or 3 days and I got right to work. I had expected that the nuts might be frozen with rust to the back plate but the nut driver handled them with ease. I used clothes pins to prevent the wires from disappearing back through the holes in the back plate. The push pull connectors came off easily and went back on snug with no adjustment needed. Everything fit just fine and best of all, the oven can bake again.

Surface Indicator Light flickers and Element low heat
I previously replaced terminal blocks and elements so the infinite switch was the last stop before new purchase. I reviewed the online repair video. Unplugged the range and removed the three screws from the rear of the control panel. I Removed the knobs then removed two screws to release the front plate behind the knobs. I removed the two screws securing switch #1 and compaired to the new parts before removing wires. Wire locations were labled the same but in different sequence. I located the knob adapter for my knobs and set them asside. At first I thought the rod coming out of the new switch was too long and then figured out that the indentions allong the rod were to be broken off to the correct length. ( re-reading the included instructions was nearly useless - - not in plain language ) I used a pair of vice-grips clamped just below the length of rod I wanted to break off and it snapped off easily and cleanly for the most part. ( A word to the wise, this is some really soft metal at the breaks along the rod. I attempted a second break on one switch after mounting in the control panel and the thing broke off at the short end - - scary ) luckily I was still able to use it with my knobs and adapters. I relocated the switch wires to the new switch one at a time matching label to label ( L1, L2, H1, H2, P) then mounted the new switch into the control panel. I re-assembled the range and it is heating better than ever. Well worth the effort and minimal expense compared to a service call or replacement range.

Original plastic drawer glides were broken.
With screw driver, popped out old glide and popped in new ones. Apparently there are some pieces missing that the front drawer glides slide on. I have not found a picture so I don't know what they are. partselect was very prompt in sending what I did order. Thanks.
