Light Bulb - 40W

The 40W lightbulb is found in the interior of your microwave, which will need to be replaced if you have noticed the light is no longer coming on after opening the door. The light bulb is clear in color and made of glass. For this installation, you will need a Phillips screw driver and utility knife. Before beginning, make sure to disconnect the power and wait a few minutes. Remove the two screws in the grove vent and set aside and then lift the grill vent forward and pull up to remove. The light bulb should be underneath a panel and may require the use of your utility knife to remove the silicone holding it in place. Line the new bulb up with the socket and screw into place until it is snug.

Terminal Block

This part is for oven ranges, it connects individual wires and protects the device from electrical surges, voltages, and current. With this part, the house power is connected to the range wire harness. Some symptoms replacing the terminal block could be a solution for are little to no heat when baking, element will not heat and/or it will not start. This part will prevent loosening and will reduce damage caused by corrosion (by two different metals). Refer to the instructional diagram for further replacement guidance and exact placement. You must unplug the appliance before installing this part and wear gloves to protect your hands.

Stove top element not working due to bad receptacle.

Turned off the power at the breaker box, cut the wires approximately 5 inches from the bad receptacle and removed it after removing one screw. Stripped back the wires about 1/2 inch and attached the new wires with the ceramic wire nuts provided and secured the receptacle back in place with the new screw provided in the kit.

Removed and replaced above named parts, rewired.Be sure to tighten all nuts that secure wires. I believe this is what caused the problem. read more

I removed two retainer screws which released the outside panel.
Next I removed 2 screws which hold the middle glass pane from one of its retainer brackets.
The was another panel with 4 screws to remove before reaching the final glass inner assembly.
