The ejector drive gear is a part for your refrigerator. This icemaker drive gear is for the ejector blades. The part rotates the cube ejector arm, which cycles the icemaker and pushes the cubes out and into the ice bucket, ready for the ice to be used. The outside diameter of this piece is almost two inches by two inches. The reason for needing to replace your gear is if the current one is broken/missing a tooth, or if your icemaker is not dispensing ice and is noisy.

Water Valve with Bracket

This valve is intended for use with the ice maker in a refrigerator. The water valve supplies the water needed to make ice, so if your ice maker is not making ice or dispensing water, the issue could be that you have a damaged or faulty water valve. Before you decide to replace this part, turn the household water supply to this valve off, and remove the input tubing to see if it is clogged. If it is, clear the blockage to allow water back into the ice machine. Remember to disconnect the power and water supply to your refrigerator before beginning this repair.

Shutoff Arm Spring

This genuine replacement shutoff arm spring is for refrigerator ice makers. It applies tension to the ice maker shutoff arm to hold it in place so that the ice maker will stop making ice when the ice bucket is full. If your ice maker continues to make ice when your bucket is full, you may need to replace this shutoff arm spring. This part is less than 2 inches long, and is made entirely of metal. Be sure to disconnect the power or the water supply to your refrigerator before completing this repair.

It was pretty straight forward. Remove the two screws that hold the unit to the wall of the freezer. In my case, I had to use a different ice maker than what came with the frig. The repair for this was very simple, although it was a tight squeeze. The model I replaced the ice maker on was a side by side. First I removed the ice bucket so I could have more room to work with.
