Took cracked shelf off, replaced with good shelf.

The part came right away, It only took me a couple of minute's to fix. I just flipped the shelf around. Slid one end of the rail in a slot, and put one screw in on the other end. Finished.

I opened the box and snapped in the new shelf without a problem. It was so easy. Thank you, Sharon Eisworth

I was so glad to find your website and be able to replace these broken parts. Everything snapped back into place and my fridge looks brand new once again. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find parts since the refrigerator was manufactured in 2004. Thanks for being a reliable resource. I'll use you again if the need arises.

Took old retainer bar off and put new one on.

After removing the broken glass, the new shelf slid into place easily. I only had to make sure it rested in the front slot that prevents it from sliding. The ordered shelf arrived within 4 business days and was perfect in all ways.

first I replaced the timer control hoping thats the problem,unfortunately situation the same ice build up on the freezer.so I replaced the defrost thermostat.right now I'll still observing the condition if still the same.may be in couple days.so far its good.and to replace the parts is not difficult and easy.

Disassembled shelf and drawer to find broken rail. Found parts number on website's "exploded" parts view. Reassembled with new part and drove one screw to secure. FORTUNATELY I kept old broken part which had special screw needed to reassemble. I would have expected replacement part to include its attachment screw, but it did not.

After removing the drawer from refrigerator I fixed it on the kitchen counter in less than 15 minutes.

Took all the item off the shelf turned it upside down on the table,worked rear off off the pin carefully,install new rail and refastened the front tab strip.

My sisters and mother were going to call the repairman. I looked at it and thought I could easily repair it. I ordered the part. Just like all the reviews said it took longer to clear off the shelf and take it out of the fridge than it took to repair it. I figure only call for service when it is something you really cannot repair. Thanks!!!

very easy. took the door off and new strip went on very easily.

I literally just watched the video while I was repairing it at home. This is coming from a very girly girl who was desperate because she did not want to spend money on a new fridge while risking everything to fix it. If I can fix it...anybody can do it! I didn't even use the fancy melting machine, I used regular old wire tape and it is as good as new!

Took out the top shelf, unscrewed the slider, screwed in the new slider and that was it! Very easy and fast service.
