Ice builds up on back of bin in solid form. How can this be fixed?
For model number 25370413419
Hi Paula,
Thank you for your question. If ice is building up on the back of the ice bin, this may be the result of warm air getting inside the refrigerator causing condensation to form. As the refrigerator cools, frost will form and overtime you will get a build up of ice. This is caused by the door being left open too long or the door not sealing correctly. If the door is not sealing correctly, you will need to replace the door gasket. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
