Refrigerator section warm
My husband watched the video on your website and found it very easy to do the repair. The repair company that diagnosed the problem wanted $210 to do it. The part I ordered was under $20, and after he installed it the refrigerator has been working great. We would highly recommend your site to anyone who needs to fix anything!

I just inserted the shelf into the pre-existings slots in the freezer and it popped right in. No tools needed. Made sure the measurements were correct before placing my order I did not use the grid on the website. I measured with a tape measure and found the part that was closes to my measurements. The gasket was torn and missing some chunks in some areas.
I did not believe the other posts about how easy this was because that is not at all how any project goes for me. I was wrong. The original gasket slid out of the lip around the door and the new one went back on in less than 5 minutes. It has made a HUGE difference in the performance of the fridge. It did take 2 or 3 days for the gasket to fully conform to the fridge itself, but there was still a good seal during that time.
